Default My Blackjack

Just wanted to share my Blackjack. Still working on the links and not sure if I like the width. I think I may go narrower. Wheel base is currently just about 12". Thinking about stretching it out the the 12.5", but not sure yet. Works good as is. Any feedback is appreciated. Specs:

Blackjack chassis
3 racing mlst shocks
tlt axles locked with third gear
axial tranny with DNA dig
towerpro steering servo
13mm wideners (for now)
rockstar body
rooster crawler
integy 55t v10

Nice machine you got there. How's the BJ chassis treating you?

crawler619: If you liked those first ones, you might like these also.

Also I finally got an FXR. Man these are small. Love all the programing options. Haven't had a chance to really try it out yet. I'll get broke in good this weekend though.

Well, been using this thing quite a bit with some good success. Haven't placed lower than the top 3 in the comps that I have been able to attend. Still a novice, but you gotta start somewhere. Any how, decided to start playing with the suspension setup. Moved the rear links inward, and made some rear bent links. Seems to work better, so just wanted to share some pics. Thanks.

And then while out testing, I managed to bend a wheel axle. I fell from the read arrow, about 7 feet down. Luckily I have spares, and it is already fixed. But it put an early end to the day, as the spares were at home. Oh well.

Well, after fixing the bent wheel axle something was still wrong. After looking the rig over and tinkering with the links, I realized that I managed to bend the chassis also. So after getting it straightened back out I brazed up a chassis brace. Hopefully this will hold it together.
