Default CJ8 based leaf springed trail truck?

probly going to run these rims

but trying to think what tires
ALL-Ts
CLAW DAWGS
SWAMP DAWGS

looking mostly for a proper sized and looking tire.

but how meny plates should i use on the jugg springs? (looking at around 5-7 pounds (dont really know yet.)

The swapm dawgs will probably look more scale and realistic. All-T will probably be too big. In my opinion.

FYI, those rims will be a really tight fit on the TLT axles. the Associated drive pins are a little smaller than the Tamiya's, and probably won't seat all the way. a little Dremel lovin' might be needed to make them work. you'll probably have to use Loctite on your wheel nuts, too.

if your talking about how many leafs you should run, theres another post that has just been posted not too long ago, and someone said they used just the main leaf only and it worked really well for a truck that size....
