Default tlt project

well i picked up a tlt1 yesterday .stayed up till 3pm building it ,i am not sure why i built the hole truck when all i wanted from the kit was just the axels
today i traded my rc10 T2 to my kid for his stampede just for the gear box the axel shafts and the 2.2 swamp dawgs for my tlt prodject . now both trucks are in pieces
i want to build a 1/10 scale crawler , maybe a tuber frame not sure yet .

what i need to no is what is the average wheel base of a 1/10 scale body.
i don't want to build it to fit one body .
what wheel base works the best with pede tranny and tlt axels 2.2 wheels and 1/10 body

Depending on what body I'd say anything between 10.5" and 12.25" will work.

I'd pick out a couple bodies that you like to run or want to run then find out the wheelbase measurements of them and shoot for a medium of them.

hey thanks toyofast
its not like there is to many choices for crawler bodies the 2 jeeps the bronco and the toyota cruiser that i like any way . i also liked the jeep honcho they made years ago
maybe i will cut up a jeep in to a pick up cab with a flat deck and go with 12'' wheel base :?
