For the esc you can get this http://www.rccrawler.com/forum/showthread.php?t=58265

You might also pick up the motor from them as well, most of the other stuff can be used on the tlt crawler, but you can also go into the vendors section and check out waht they have to offer
It looks like you almost everything covered, you may still need to fab up or buy some links.
