Default A different comp rig

Here's a couple of pics of a comp rig I started on last night. I promised Paulezk I would build up one of his TM3 chassis with a twist.

Let me know what you guys think, I like it.

Looks great man! I would be interested to see how well that chasis works for you. I tried to buy one myself when he first introduced them but he never got back to me.:-( Oh well. I will just see how yours works I guess.

I thought I pm'ed you back.. I was having problems with the internet so I guess it didn't go through on my end. Sorry hlpressley. Side note, Brian now has my current stock so you can get one from him. (Rockpileddriver)

I leave for military training tomorrow so I've been dealing with a lot of issues pertaining to that.

I love the way this thing came out Brian. I can't wait to hear how it preforms.

The link mounts are of my design. They're going to go through one more refinement design before they are their final stage.

Yup , runs on brain waves. You just think where you want it to go and it goes there.

I have not tried the narrow mashers yet but I have seen them work very well on a XRC chassis'd rig.

The upper links are Pauls design. The battery is going to be hung below the upper links.

I couldn't believe how light this thing was without the wheels and tires. I may switch the beadlocks out for some HPI spikes.

Wow, that looks great!
I've been pretty impressed watching a few of the other TM3's so far, and this one looks even better

I like the hint of red, How close is the motor to chassis ? Looks like almost touching.

This chassis is actually designed for a stampede transmission standing up, but the fact that Brian was able to do this with it is freaking awesome as far as I'm concerned. I didn't have this setup in mind at all when I was designing, and it shows me further how varstile my design is.. Thanks Brian!
