| Anyone put a Stealth trans in a stock TLT-1 chassis?
Anyone put a Stealth trans in a stock TLT-1 chassis? I’m converting my stock TLT with the Junfac kit, keeping the stock trans for now, but, I do have an old RC-10 stealth trans. Has anyone put one of these in a TLT chassis? I’m wondering if the Junfac dog bones would work or is there a way to convert to a different drive shaft? I ran a stealth in my TLT. Even used the original motor plate with a tiny bit of trimming, also was able to cut the belly of the TLT chassis for more clearance. As for the drivelines I used the Traxxus drive lines. If you want I can take a photo for more info. I still run the stealth and the driveline set up in my buggy, its been very stout.

There is a vender on here that makes new out drives for the stealth trany that dose 2 things for it, 1)It locks up the trany and, 2) lets you use any drive line you can fit on the outputs. http://www.rccrawler.com/forum/showt...Stealth+Tranny Last edited by LIKES2CRAWL; 02-28-2008 at 10:41 AM. |
