Default rcp new knuckles and axle c's

I was wonderin if anyone had this combo of the new better clearance rcp knuckles and aluminum axle c's as i have 2 questions...

1. did you have to do any griding on the knuckles to get a nice turning radius.

2. where the kingpin skrews into looks pretty small in diameter... about the size of the head of the capskrew that comes stock with the axle c's... anyproblems with that?

I talked to them at the axial comp, and they told me that if I used the new knuckles with the fatrock "c"s that I needed to drill out the kingpin hole and use a bearing top and bottom, as the knuckle tapers down a little to much and can bind up. They are remedying the problem on the next batch. But the bearing fix is a good one anyway, if you have any experience with the "c"s wallowing out the kingpin holes and creating slop, it is a good fix for that.

We have some bearings on order. If you have both the Fat Rock C's and new RCP knuckles, we will send you some bearings to do the mod. We have already redesigned the next batch of knuckles. As Tanis said, it's a good mod to do if you have wallowing out issues.
