| Chosing wheels
I have stampede rear wheels and they are not leaving enough threaded shaft sticking out to put the wheel nuts on. im looking for a new set of wheels and wondering wich ones will fit well on the TLT axles. Also im looking for an online store i can buy them from that would ship them with a set of moabs 2 day air. Let me know what wheels you guys are using and how you have them mounted, i have had trouble finding anything on this topic. |

These will work and have a huge offset (tamiya twin detonator wheels) http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXGHG2&P=7 These are what I use (pretty sure, can't remember now, and work well) http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXGJ98&P=7 the offset on both are nice, the TD wheels are almost flush, but the others are nice as well... look in the tires/wheels section and there is a great article on how to make beadlocks for little $$ wish I would have seen that sticky before I bought my setup |

i always take a dremel tool with a round sanding drum and open up the place where the axle sticks thru, it makes the rim a little more narrow there and will get the stub axle out far enough to get a nut tightened up then. or just run blackfoot stub axles.
