Default bulu 2 with new bright jeep body

Here it is so far. I've been wanting to use this body on something but, the wheelbase was too short. I'm going to extend the wheelbase and move the wheel wells back. What do you think??

No the tires are not narrowed, just the wheel. The wheels are actually some I built for duallys. They streched over the wheels pretty easily. I'll take some body off pix tonight.

Do ya'll think the body is too high? It is as low as I can get it. The chassis is up against the inside of the hood and I cut the inside of the interior.

Looks great to me, I wouldn't even move the wheelwells back. It will still look good if you do though. Ride height looks cool, everything werks and it looks like a kick ass trail rig. I like that, it's a nice change from the competition buggy look.

Nicely done man.

rckjeep, those are the clod/txt rings for the back. Those wheels are actually txt wheels the tires stretch over them pretty easily. Thanks for all of the comments.

I was going to use lexan for the wheelbase extension but, I decided to use aluminum. What do you think? I made a template out of cardboard and then cut the aluminum. I still have all my fingers too.

that looks good, diamond plate would make it look completely badass, but paint that aluminum up black and it'll look like a million bucks!
