Looks cool. I like the bumpers. Is it going to be the old grill or the 4x4x4 one?

clodstall 06-18-2007 08:24 PM

the old plain grill. not bowtie or 4x4x4. and thanks.

i like the stance so far. will be about 1/2 lower on chassis i think.

obijuan 06-19-2007 12:26 PM

you might want to adjust your shackle angle to straight up and down or even more than that. cause when you have weight on it i bet they will bottom out and give no flex.

Also, if you are going for the scale look, the front shackle on the K5 is behind the axle under the doors.

Nice Chassis though, I cheated and am using a Bruiser chassis for my build.

With that ride height and the tlt tires it looks like a sand dune cruiser from the 80s! Truck looks good and I like the paint combo!

clodstall 06-20-2007 05:52 PM

thanks alot. thats what i like a beach truck. it will have rod and reel holder on front also.

mississippirocs 06-20-2007 06:27 PM

If it's a beach truck, then you gotta have a rack on the back with the cooler of beer and a surfboard hangin out the back window!

clodstall 06-20-2007 06:35 PM

no surf board. fishing poles. i fish not surf. grew up at the beach.
but beer yes.
