| stronger pede shafts
It's been a fews months since I've done (gotta test it) but you can strengthen the male part of your pede shafts using 8/32 allthread. It's a really tight fit. I had to put the AT in the vice and use an allen wrench through the yoke holes, then just cut and grind. I used a little CA but I don't think it's neccessary. It's held up so far, no sign of twisting and i'm not very nice to my little toy truck. If someone else posted this my bad, I searched and didn't find any.

i did this with a maxx shaft and a 4mm bolt. its a good mod. Its also great if you want to lengthen the male driveshaft. if you care about weight though, it is heavy. but i mean what would you rather have a few grams heavier driveline or twisted shafts haha.

even better, cf and then epoxy some delrin flexible cutting board all the way around the shaft. probably be practically bomb proof andddd nice and slippery on the rocks.
