| CC-01 wheelbase questions... developing new products
in conversations with GPM i have been asking about making links for the rear of the rig. some question that Clara had was what is the average wheelbase, what is the shortest wheelbase and what would be the longest wheelbase that would be used on these chassis ? my answer is: average wheelbase 10 inches. can be as short as 9.5 inches and as long as 12 inches. anyone think of any particular cases where we would need a longer wheelbase or are these numbers safe to relay back. thanks, crunx |

That is just about in the area were the largest market is going to be so those look like they would be spot on for projects and people just upgrading the CC-01 and XC patforms. p.s. All this GPM stuff is making me really excited |

You should also note the two stock wheelbases. |

I would think that the stock wheelbase (long and short) would be the best sellers for them, if someone is a builder they should be able to make there own links for their build. I know I will most likely never buy links just because I can make them quick and easy and they will be the exact length I need. I keep link material on hand for that reason.

As mentioned above.. best sellers would be stock replacement units. Those that want custom links will spend the 5 minutes to make them. I know my new links are mounted super high and are a lot longer than where the stock mounting location is at. Anything GPM makes for the CC-01 rigs will sell. There is a demand to "pimp" these rigs out. |
