| Softer suspension
Hello, I'm over in the UK and I have a standard CC01. I'm looking at making the suspension softer as the standard set up is too hard. Any idea how to go about this? I would be happy changing just the springs rather than the whole suspension leg on each corner. Cheers, Tim |

I run GPM alloy shocks on my MU. I had a set of these left over in my TT-01 spares and I fitted the red coils to them to make the rear softer. They are cheap enough to buy. http://cgi.ebay.com.au/Tamiya-53440-...item2c58facce7 You could try looking at your local hobby shop and measuring up coils. You might find the right ones to fit from another model. I have also done this a few times with diffrent scaler projects. As these coils are a little shorter you might have to use some spacer clips for the std shocks. Hope this helps. Cheers, Rob. |

Pick up a set of Associated Buggy Front Springs. There are several rates in there that should work great. I've used them several time.
