RC4WD wheel question

Hey guys,
I got some RC4 alloy wheels with mud slinger tyres for my CC.
Now my question is how to vent these wheels???

Really need some help on this

I would just poke a hole in the tire between the tread blocks.... then when you floor it it will fling out any water that gets in there too.
