Not a fan of the lexan bodies but they should fit. You will have to lenghten the wheel base though for most of them.

The track width may be a little narrow for the cherokee body depending on what wheels you run on your CC. I would sooner get a tamiya styrene hilux body before getting a lexan one. That t-finder body is just ugly. Never understood how it made it to production. To officially answer the question I have never seen any of those 3 bodies on a CC01 though. |

| Hey
ok thanks guys I really like the look of the cherokee it looks fantastic. And I have to admit the t-finder is hideous however I was curious if it had been done as I had never seen on any chassis before |

Hi, I'm sorry if my English is not perfect since my native language is Finnish. The wheels on Cherokee are HPI Stock Car Wheels. Actually, they have smaller offset than for example the original Jeep Wrangler wheels or Toyota Land Cruiser 40 wheels. If I remember correct, all of these wheels are 26mm wide. But when installed to (rear) axle, Jeep Wrangler wheel measures some 188mm from it's outer edge to outer edge. It is the same for Toyota wheel. Instead, HPI Stock Car wheel measures some 182mm, so the offset of HPI wheel makes it 3mm narrower by each side. The tires are RC4WD 1.9" Mud Trashers. They are bit too big by outer diameter, but can be still used with CC-01 chassis. Perhaps bit smaller like Rock Creepers would fit perfect. I think the wider wheels (Wrangler / Toyota / Pajero / Hummer) should also work with the Cherokee body. All these measure quite equal and there's still little room between tire and fender when HPI used. I used original shocks, but I had to trim the rod ends to make suspension travel best possible way. Now you can stretch one wheel by just 3" without any other wheel to rise into the air. The suspension movements are mostly limited by shock travel on rear and the suspension arms and/or shock travel in the front. I have had an 1:1 Cherokee, so even 3" suspension travel beats the original 20" by 1:10 scale... I like the ProLine's Cherokee body. It's quite well made and strong. Good window decals and stickers. It's more or less up to the modeller how good this will look. -Mika |

Check my build thread out if your interested in the hilux body. I prefer hard plastic over lexan tho. Toyota body pics are on page 3 http://www.rccrawler.com/forum/1-9-s...-makeover.html |

I used 1/2 inch+(per side)wheel wideners not to fit a body but let me turn(steer L&R), but could be used to fit body side to side. You can get different lengths. |
