|  Servo for CC-01 on 1.9
I'm about to built a CC-01 and I want to put 1.9 wheels (Ripsaw) on it. How much torque it will need? I have a preference for Hitec servos, here is my list: 5645MG 143/168 non HV 5685MH 157/179 HV 5646WP 157/179 HV 5585MH 194/236 HV Any suggestions? |

A 645MG will do just fine. In fact, The one I drove last weekend had a lowly Futaba 3010 in it (as do three of mine) and had no issues with steering. It's not a heavy truck and doesn't need a super powerful servo.

It's been years since I've used Hitec servos. Once had a 645mg and used it a long time till it fried. If you want to save some money, I have had great success with Hobbypartz brand EXI D226f servos. I'm using 4 of them..both my CC's, and two axial-based crawlers. At 6v they run at 180.5 oz-in. Metal gears, digital, coreless, good speed. Under $15 |

Not in a cc-01 but i have been using a d771 in various rigs for over a year
