Default Mamba Max mounting....

If you are going to run a Mamba Max ESC on the rear plate you might want to do what I did. In order to be able to use the USB port on the ESC and NOT have the wires coming out the back of you rig (If you don't your battery wires wont reach) just cut a small box out of the rear plate. This way you can still program your ESC and keep the wires clean and away from hanging off the back

No probs yet. I went through the whole thing a used LocTite on everything. Took the axles apart and lubed them up. My kit was missing screws but no biggie....

Should work fine on the Losi since the worm gears don't really need a drag brake.

I haven't received my Losi crawler yet so I don't know if you'd be covering up any screws on that plate. If so, I'd use some Velcro with holes cut out.

The screws are flat so no need to cut out for them....

I think he means to cut holes so that you can just pull the esc out and still get to the screws for repair.
