Thumbs up ~~ Unimoger's LCC for 09/2010 season ~~

Well I bit the bullet as well, I wanted to try and see if I can make a shafty work again. This truck intrigued me, because it is setup just like my very first comp crawler, built by miniwheeler, " The Grounder " I wanted to bring back some of the great MOJO that the Grounder gave me, so I used many of his parts to bring the good MOJO to the LCC.

Specs:

- LCC from TCS
- TW - 10 1/8
- WB - 12 3/8
- Belly - 2 1/8
- Tekin 17.5 PRO sensored motor and esc from MSD
- 12T pinion from TCS
- Spectrum DX3R from the grounder
- Panther comp tires from TCS
- NWTT memory foams from TCS
- DL Customs 801's 2.2 beadlocks, losi offset, from MSD
- JR 9000T from the grounder
- Velcro battery strap from the grounder
- Losi 3s lipo 1320 from Horizon Hobby
- Castle bec set at 6 volts from Holmes Hobbies
- Stock body, painted by montana.matt
- Stock shocks with 60 synthetic oil
- Gear Jelly in the diffs, white lithium grease packed to the gills in the tranny

I did notch the body to allow the shocks to come up even more and allow me to lower the car and SLAM the body.

So far I am very pleased with the LCC, Rich has been great on the support as well! I have tested it on many of the climbs that my MOA rig walks and it is having no trouble so far. Time will tell and I will continue to update my thread with progress.

Look's sharp Ben. Glad you enjoying this fine machine. Those rims are very easy on the eyes.

Nice job getting the body low. Looks like the 801's are allowing for full engagement of the nylon on the lock nut. Correct?
