Rear axle gear looks incorrect from the picture. Front one looks good.

Yep, like davec said, front looks good... The CVDs are not v3, but we'd have to see the pin slot where its cut to know if its v1 or v2. The v1's have a rough cut that will extend onto the tapered neck, v2's were cut with the right tools and the pin slot will not exxtend onto the tapered neck. Regardless, order a set of v3s asap.

Those are the old ones. The slot cut for the pin to move in goes all the way down through the skinny part of the driveshaft making it weaker.

Yep, V1's... You can go on Losi's website, they have an email address there that you can send a note to and they will send you replacements.

The chassis is a almost standard Tamiya CR-01 chassis

It is not a real competition chassis but very nice an reliable chassis.

PS: Rich reply'd my e-mail and PM for the replacement parts already

Love the paint on both.

The second worm gear pic is deceiving. Your pic is canted slightly left so the gears look straight cut. If the pic was straight, it looks like teeth may slant right.

If that is the case, they are correct.

Finally all the parts for the MOA conversie have arrived.
Setup: 2x EZRUN brushlessset with: 2x 17.5T motor and 2x de 60A esc.
Both systems are sensored but have no noticible cog.
Home made Dig unit for front en rear dig .
The car has a Castle Creations CCBEC.
I'm running it with a Spektrum DX3R system.
It was difficult to get in alle the elektronics but i did it.
It could be nicer but the car is ready to some heavy testing
