| Off set for using xr10 wheels
Hi guys, I bought some xr10 wheels assuming they would fit onto my comp crawler axles. As you lot probably know, they don't so I now need to off set them. How much do I need to do it by and what is the best (by best I mean cheapest ;)) way of doing it? Reg |

The XR10 wheels are wider than the stock Losis. Measure the outer track width and add about an inch. Then you will have the width. I have not found any shorter. I would love to find some about half that width. Last edited by dentonmac; 08-28-2012 at 07:26 AM. | |

I was looking at them, but they seem a lot of money for what they are. I was thinking about getting some big plastic hexes and using the tube nuts off them instead

Funny I did the same thing a few weeks ago. I bought a set of stock XR wheels with the "Bling! Bling!" carbon fiber retainers and VP weights. Same issue. Not steering with the nasty offset. I put them up for sale. Now thinking I will do the extender thing on my MOA project.

I narrowed the XR 10 wheels around 1/4in and they fit just fine
