She sits really low, pretty much full droop setup.

Steering with the 20 degree chubs and knuckles is about as good as it gets for a LOSI, but I have some changes in store for the front this weekend.

I'll get some pics with electronics mounted and no lid sometime this week. It was tricky keeping everything low. ;-)

Sweet. Good to know Clint's axles didn't go to waste. It was a pretty good deal you got there.

Yes sir, I'll put them to good use. Glad I was lucky enough to score them since it's impossible to get the kit now. I'm really looking forward to having more steering than I know what to with!

Very nice. You got a great build going. Didn't see if you were running 2 or 3s batts.

The Ringer makes a great chassis for the Losi.

This Losi placed 4th at nationals last year. I got to have a long conversation with him about and got to see this thing run.....nice. GREAT driver.

Also he was the first (I know of) to do the XR conversion on Losi Axles.

Re: 90finder 2014 2.2s Losi build.

Thanks sir! I'll have to read through that build thread! And I'm running 3s, with this motor and pinion it will actually lift the front tires on full throttle. Weighs in just above 5*lbs with battery.

Thanks sir, it's coming along pretty good so far. I just need to work on my driving. I have a bad habit of taking the challenging lines instead of the easy lines...

2 weeks from OZ to US. I hate the wait when getting parts from the us. And then when it takes longer than usual and you think it's been lost somewhere! No trying to make you feel worried.

Ha, so true. Didn't show up today so no real updates yet other than I got to drive it a bunch, still getting used to the stability it has now.

Re: 90finder 2014 2.2s Losi build.

Got my axles finally. Will be building steering links, completely going through both front and rear, making grease ports, and playing with hubs to get the width I want. I'll post up pics as I progress this weekend.

They look to be in great shape, only real concern is one of the lower link mount holes on the front housing is cracked. I'll cut down a new housing, grease the worms, swap over the TAG kit and call it good, all the bearing seem smooth still.

Re: 90finder 2014 2.2s Losi build.

this car is inspiring, I have 2 losi builds going on, 1 for my son I just finished, and mine is 100% in pieces and under the gun, both started life as lnc's. is that a carbon servo/batt tray? if it is, where did you get that and how do I get one! Im really waiting for the pics of it naked with all the electronics, hoping it will give me even more ideas for getting it all low
