Default Noob: Where to Crawl around Grand Prairie (Dallas Co.)

Picked up a Creeper, price was too low to pass up. Wondering where to crawl besides construction sites.

Head on up to Murrell Park on Grapevine Lake.

If you park in the lot at the very west end of Murrell Park Road (where the turnaround is located) and walk to the water, you'll see some GREAT crawling spots!

The water level at Murrel park is way to high for any crawling out there right now. Maybe in a few weeks it will be good.

Try in Grapevine/Southlake on commerce and industrial. Its in the back of a warehouse.

Also be sure to check here - http://www.txrcrca.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=9

Tons of info and crawling locations

Damn....forgot about about all of the rain we got a while ago.

I also used to crawl at Marion Sansom Park off Jacksboro Highway and 820. Kinda far from you, but it was fun!

Thanks, those sound good, any more? It sounds like lakes and state parks are a good find. anyone ever tried the Joe Pool Lake area, when the levels are low of course.
