Hope all are good. I know Rockhard has been, well, moving rocks building a pool this week so I wanted to make sure everyone is looking at the TXRCRCA page regarding the comp coming up Saturday in Whitney. The more the more so lets all go hurt the rocks.

I started a pool yesterday,should have easily been able to finish in time to make comp>but we got hit with rain last night...now its up in the air if I will make it.

Guys....I have not received the gates,timers,score sheets or clip boards yet.

Everyone post up what they can bring,even if I can't make it,I can have marsha bring what we have.

1 clip board with timer
a lot of gates,enough for one class at least I'm sure.

I have a clip board with timer, and gates enough for 3 courses maybe, we will need score sheets if anyone has any from last season.

I have 1 board with timer and handful of gates. I might have a copy of score sheet. I'll go look and call rock if I do. I am catering a wedding at the old firehouse in Hillsboro on sat so I'm going to try and slip in and haul ass through 2.2 but can't be for sure

I got the impression from woodie that the clipboards, timers, and stuff were technically the clubs. I will try and get them from him.

yes the gates and stuff belongs to the club,greg has them,and I was planning on going to his place and picking them up.But time and money has been short.

so he is going to mail them to me,but he has been busy also,and as of yet,they are not in my hands.So we need to expect that we won't have them for this comp.If the show up by fri then great.

I pushed through the mud yesterday,and should finish this pool tomorrow,so I'll be there.I won't have a truck,but I'll have batteries

I have some old score sheets from last season, and I am waiting to hear back from donkykicker to see if he has any of the newer ones from then as well, and I am gonna try and make some up that are more simple until we get those from Greg. Paul you know we got ya covered on trucks, just bring your happy self

Rick Go ahead and bring em, would rather have to many than not enough, I called you about those mrc parts the other day and left a message but I guess you didn't get it. I can't wait till the comp getting the itch.

Ok all guys and or gals attending we are gonna have the drivers meeting around 9:30-10:00 in the morning, and start crawling immediately after the meeting, if at all possible try to show up early to help out with course set up etc.etc., remember the earlier we start the earlier we get done, I look forward to seeing you all there.

We will be running: 2.2, 1.9, sportsman, and supers, 3 courses each, and if time allows we may set up a bonus course.

Also if you have any gates, and or clipboards please try and bring em as we will be running short on those.

Ok,greg says the stuff shipped tuesday.We have a slip in out box so its probably there.

marsha is gonna hit the po on her way out tomorrow,so we will likely have gates,clipboards,timers,ect

no score sheets though.....we'll figure to out

ok guys,score cards are solved.

we will possibly have a new style kirks wife is making up.
I'm moding the old style to accommodate our way of keeping scores.

so either way we are good to go.

also,by 10 am we should have plenty of clip boards and timers to go around.
I'll be there pre running at around 5am,see you there

Ok guys I got the scores figured and in excel, but when I copy and paste them it comes out all messed up and hard to read, so I am gonna have to go buy the full version of windows office in order to get them to come out right, so it may be a couple days til I get em up, unless someone has a workaround to try.
