| RD Logics Massive Claws ?
Has anybody tried the RD Logics Massive Claws on a crawler yet ? They are 6.75" tall by 3.5" wide and seem kinda soft . I use their pseudo "bowties" on my Revo and they hook up great, so I might try these on a crawler. I'll attach a picture so you'll see what they look like. Thx. ! Yes heavy has and still is using them they are very thin tires like really thin on the side walls but they do seem to work really well.

I'll probably use the stock foam with lots of pie cuts to remove a lot of it . My buddy did that plus siped his BFT tires and they look like the way to go. I like these because they are taller and with the reduction I'll have on top of the low Kv of the Cobalt 25 they will give me back a little speed.

The tires work pretty good. Run 'em backwards, fangs pointing backwards, and they will work better. They are a little floppy if you don't run the foams. I run them with no foams and BB's. With the foams they won't fold over. The foams are huge and support the tire very well. The rubber is very compliant. I like 'em. Heavy |

If you don't mind, how much are they charging you for a pair?? When I bought mine they were imported by "happytime hobbies" and sold by "Power Racing Products" I gave $26.99 a pair wheels and tires. I'm betting now that RDLogics has them they will be more. Heavy |

They are, but I own a hobby shop and get them cheaper ! I'll probably sell them for $26 a pair though just to help get our crawlers growing around here. I have 2 sets of Clod axle parts coming in Friday to make some complete axle kits up for our locals so they don't have to buy the whole clod kit and sell $60 to $80 worth of useless parts. Rick |

I just got my wheel adapters made and the Stable Maxx wheels in today. These are nice and soft and stick well to even my glass cases in the shop. I hope to go try some crawling tomorrow or Sunday . Here is what they look like mounted on my home-made stick chassis ( not near as nice as the TCS for sure). Rick Oh ,well, I guess you can't just upload a picture here like most forums. They look good though ! |
