Default New 1.9 Rims from DNA RC

Well, I asked Don for a set of 1.9 rims for my truggy. It needed something cool, and I think that Don has come up with some cool wheels for the scaler.

The rings should be done tomorrow, and it will all be put together with 2mm hardware.

Let me know what you think

Its possible, but for now, we are just going to recess the hole for the wheel nut some, and I am going to put some small bolts them to make it look like lug nuts

Some people are never happy.

I think they look good. You can never have enough 1.9 bead lock options and something simple, realistic and to the point is what is needed. We have plenty of blinged out choices on the market currently, but how often do you see those blinged out wheels on 1:1 crawlers? Good job DNA.

Its the lighting! I will get some better pics when I get them mounted and I take it outside.

But no matter how good the pic is, it wont do these rims justice! They are so nice in person :-P

The screws for the rings must be small the holes look tiny. It looks like there is some kind of hub as well. I'd like to see a photo of the completed wheel.

Yup, going for scale, 3mm hardware just looked out of place...so we opted for some 2mm stainless. There is a counterbore missing from the wheel that will put the wheel nut flush. There could be a hub...but I think Mike is going to run without it. Completed pics will hopefully be up in the next couple of days, if Mike can get his camera ("lighting") under control.

Hope to have them done tomorrow after putting in 200 bolts

This depends on getting the hardware in though if we can find it and get it here soon
