The roklox's are pretty big compared to the trailbusters. I've only used the rokloxs so i can only comment on them, but they did great at my last comp. Sidehill great, awesome forward bite. Plus the extra groundclearance is a plus as well.

I have both in my posession but havent run both (yet), only the trail buster.
for trail running both are very good tires and you should buy the one that visualy and size-wise fits your build. Overall the roklox feels softer and is also quite a bit larger than the TB's so they would make a better overall comp tire.
From a scale comp pov they are comparable. the TB's are as big as Flatirons so they're on the big side of 1.9's. The Roklox are sized like a 2.2 though, lol.

The traction on the roklox will suprise any owner. There tall for a 1.9 tire that I had to stuff them with 2.2 foams for support . I also noticed they're getting better as the tires wear in. I've been able to climb sandy and wet rocks with ease. Though its a soft compound, the tire wear so far is minimal. I've already put about 30hrs of cralwing time since I've had them. I am very anxious to seeing how these perform in comp thats for sure.

id say roc locks, but if i may id also suggest the mud thrashers they are a great tire! if your not strictly runnning on rocks they preform great on loose dirt, excel in mud (theyll beat a flat iron), they are an awsome tire for all around trail running and seam to bite where other tires slip and spin like on hard packed dirt, and on the sides of ruts because of the open outer lugs

They are both great tires, same with the Mud Thrashers. What body are you going to use? Like Pantablo said, having the right look and size for your crawler should be what makes you choose.
