| Favorite rim widths for White Rovers
Ok before I go make my self some killer 2.2 rims (sorry only Thomas and TheSkorpianKing know what they look like ) Right now I'm using stock rover foams and my rig is 5 lbs ish. I'm thinking of something in the .875-.7" width. My rigs 5 lb range! So go fore away And I'll go throw some chips |

They work well on 1" wheels but they are pretty narrow. 1.3" wheels give you a good foot print but it make them just a bit shorter. I have mine on 1" wheels right now and they are working great... but they are really broken in.

1" is a good balance of height and sidehill stability. I've seen them used on narrower wheels, but supports become necessary. 1" or wider, just CI foams are good.

One inch is real good on the Rover. I ran narrow wheels for a long time, but I've been liking the wider wheels with some tires lately. My rig is 5.5 lbs to.

I guess I'll be the one dude who votes for the .7" DD foams and the narrow rim are awesome! This is my sedona setup too. |
