ordering tires for stock RS10?
 

Do i need 1.9 or 2.2 ??

I want the biggest tire possible that will work with the stock rims.

2.2 is the diameter of the bead. That is what you want. Any 5.5" tall 2.2 tire is going to be as big as you will get onto the stock rims unless you buy a custom tire from someone on the boards. Those will cost over twice as much, but you can get pretty much whatever you want.
