I'm not rocket scientist, but I'm thinking if Vanquish could step up production in an efficient manner, the supply would increase, the customers don't have to wait (Thus not driving the customer into the competition's hands). Maybe, just maybe, the price can come down a bit if they pull that off. To me, this would be the smart thing for them to do.

True, but how long can you expect customers to wait w/o looking somewhere else? I call it growing pains, they need to figure it out.

They've been around for quite a while...I'm sure they know how supply and demand works.

The price is fair for what you get.

If you've ever held a set of VP wheels in your hands you'd know why they cost what they do. With the amount of machine time and r&d that go into each wheel design, the cost is where it's at. You gotta pay to play, and really really nice things cost a lot.

No, you guys are missing my point. I'm not arguing their value or quality.

Economics... we get it. But you don't even know the volume numbers. But supply and demand varry based on production time as well. There are more factors that you are leaving out as well. Just shop around, there are lots of vendors and some might have wheels in stock still.

Mayhem are some nice wheels, and I'm a fan of the hammer and sixxer wheels on RPP.

I just bought some nice Vanquish wheels from RPP. If you look around you should be able to find what you need unless it's some obscure wheel design. If you think about all the different parts they make in one building, you'd understand why they can't keep up with demand. Not being able to keep up with demand is actually a pretty good thing if you think about the alternative.
