Trouble mounting Pro Line TSL super swampers

I picked up a set of 2.2 pro line tsl super swampers at the LHS. I have a set of 1.25" wide 2.2 Mayhem Monster EX wheels I'm gonna use with them. I'm having trouble mounting them. The lip rubber is too thick to fit in and I cant get the beadlock ring flush to the rim.

I also have a set of MTHead beadlock rings I can get to mount flush but I'm not using the included spacers to make the lip like the mayhem beadlocks and I can easily peel the tire out of the beadlock even with all the screws installed.

If anybody has any suggestions let me know. If I have to trim the lip up on the tire or something give me some info on it.

I've had a few customers have issues with this tire trying to get them to mount. I had one set or I should say one tire I could not get mounted no matter what I tried, I went and bought another set and got the one mounted no problem. We changed the outside dia. of our rings because we thought that the ring was pushing the tire out when you tightened down the ring. From what I can tell it's the inconsistency in the bead on the tire.
