Default 2.2 - 3.0 Pro-Line TSL's by Crawler Innovations

A customer had asked if these were possible and was patient enough to send the tires and wait for his turn in line to have them made. I am pleased with the way came out. They look almost factory. They are Pro-Line 2.2 TSL's with Pro-Line 3.0 Caliber inner beads. The bead locks are from RC4WD.

The inner foams had to be custom trimmed to fit the 3.0 side of the bead lock:

You are correct they are illegal for Class 1 & 2 SORCCA rules. I'm not a fan of the rules and classes myself. Based off the custom tire requests I am getting, most folks are not either. That is why G6 events work so well.

thought i read this in the scale rules....

Quote:
• There are no Wheel distinctions. For example you can run a 1.55, 1.9, 2.0 or 2.2 rim in any class. Wheels larger than 2.2 are not allowed in any class and no Short course style wheels.
wheels larger then 2.2 aren't legal....what rules/guide lines are there for G6 comp's as to wheel size, i thought i read 1.9" max wheel size for G6........bob

....

They are not for comping at all, just a little project I have going on. I have some other set ups that are perfectly legal.

Those look very factory Eddie!

Luckily I don't care about all those rules and only participate in events that are mostly rule free. Heck I think scale looks and no MOA is enough (maybe a maximum tire height), after that let the best truck win.

Frickin sweet! Those should ad some serious performance to crawler tires. Really helps keep the tire from rolling under in corners and sidehills!
