Default HPI wheels dyeable?

Same as title. I was getting ready to put some wait on them and just wanted to know if they were dyeable so I could dye them before I applied the sticky weights. Thanks

Thanks guys. They felt kind of hard like Tamiya wheels and I had a bad incident with those (a warped wheel).
