Default any 1.9 beadlocks with center bearings?

I know this is probably a long shot. What I really want is a headlock wheel to use for a fixed axle trailer project. I would want the wheel to have bearings so it can spin on the axle (like front wheels of some 2wd buggys). Any thoughts? Ideally I would want the wheels to match he axial 1.9 headlocks.

Maybe I could fab up an adaptor that can accept standard hex wheels?

If I could thread the outside of the shaft I could slide on the wheel and tighten it down with a nut. I could then run the axle throught the adaptor. Not ideal but might work. Thanks for pointing these out.

I am still open to other creative options.

Why not just use a dogbone outer and cut down the ears a lot so you cant see them, but they still hold the knuckle bearing in place?

That is an option but it is going to be dual axle trailer that will be pretty heavy. I'm concerned that a knuckle/stub axle setup would bow too much. The plan was to run solid axles across that would be fixed to a rocker type suspension. That is why I was looking for a wheel setup that could spin on the axle. Plus, given all the scx10 type wheels I use on my rigs I was looking for that style.
