Default 1.9 Out Cropper true size?

Looking for some scale tires for my 1/16th e-revo/slash that I'm going to run a Parma dune buggy body. I would like a sand tire set-up, but it wouldn't work very well most of the time. So I'm looking @ outcroppers or mud slingers. My question is; Out Croppers say 3.58 on the side, but the specs. say 4.01, which is correct? I'm assuming the taller size is right since no one complains about them being small, but the smaller size would work better for me. I also have a set of grasshopper rear paddles that would look sweet all the way around and are trying to mount them on stock slash wheels. Thanks for any responses.

I have a set that was purchased 2-3 months ago, and they are mounted with stock foams on Gmade plastic internal beadlocks. I just measured them at 103mm x 40mm with my metric ruler, which would make them exactly 4.055" x 1.574".

My sidewalls say 3.58 x 1.57 - 1.9

Weird.

The tires are measured with no foams and not on wheels usually. Foams make them taller as does skinnier wheels.
