Exclamation RC4WD Super Narrow Beadlocks HELP!!!

I have recieved a couple sets of the new Super Narrows. I have 2 TLT's (stock length axles) and a HiLift. When I go to bolt up the new wheels the threads DO NOT come out past flush on the wheel face? I have "long barrel" nuts RC4WD sells, but they are too long? Does any one else have this issue? What am I missing here boys? I have left a note for RC4WD also. I love these wheels, but hope they fit?

I had that same problem with the narrowed 2.2 beadlock wheels from rc4wd. I ended up using inetrc wideners with their axle extensions and a bearing in each wheel to mount the wheels. Here are some pics of the wheels on my rig.

Default Perfect?

Baddclod, that's a lot of help. I have some wideners and other goodies on the way from Inet. NICE ride by the way! Love the trailer too. I find it annoying that these wheels are SUPER COOL, but at a cost? Why would RC4WD sell something you need to "rig" to make fit and work. I have spent several hundred dollars with them and they are working hard to make me happy so far. Mike at RC4WD seems pretty cool. Oh yeah, they don't send ANY paperwork with your order? No shipping list or invoices? Oh well, I will keep waiting. Any other pics or tips Gentlemen????

Are those rims designed for the clod axles, if so there is your problem. Just use you barrel nuts and some spacers between the rim and nut flange. It will work fine

I am not sure if they are designed for the Clod? I ordered them for my TLT or HiLift. The boys at RC4WD are fixin me up as I type. Anyone else with some photos and their solutions?? Thanks again. This site Rocks! Get it Rocks?

I did the spacer thing too.But it would be nice to have no spacers. I wonder if the LHS (Local hardware Store) sells barrel nuts in assorted sizes?

I just recieved my set of the narrow rims from rc4wd tonight and had the same problem. I called mike and he said I needed the barrel nuts. They are suppost to be on there way. I asked him if they were something i could get at my lhs and he said probably not.

I am going there anyways tomorrow and will see so I don't have to wait until at least monday to get the, in the mail.

had the same problem :-(. so instead of worrying about it.thought how to solve it so i took it to belt sander and shortened it then re-taped the thread, now no problem and no spacers .
