Default rc4wd offsets

Need help with wheel offsets.

I am building the tf2 with rc4wd blazer body and want to get some alloys for it.

I understand positive and negative offsets but I have no idea how rc4wd offsets work out in the real world.

Thinking these would be great but will these narrow or widen the track? -how much? -compared to the stock wheels?

and 1.55 or maybe the 1.7? -1,7" would be about 15,5" in real life I think.1.55 14" ?

6 and 8.2mm neg.offset... -that sounds like a really wide stance?

Off-set on the Trail Finder stock steel 1.55" is neg. 8.8mm, on the Mickey Thompson 1.55" it's neg. 6mm and on the Mickey Thompson 1.7" it's neg. 8.2mm. Wheel width on the stock 1.55 is 21.7mm, on the Mickey Thompson 1.55" it's 22.6mm and on the Mickey Thompson 1.7" it's 22.4mm.

Assuming the specs are correct at RC4WD and they know how to measure the wheel rim/bead width, the Mickey Thomson wheels will reduce the track width compared the stock wheels.

Thanks, that is what I believe also . Maybe the 1.7 would then be good... and a bit smaller od tires. Thanks

I guess there is room for a washer or two in the hex slot if it needs wider track...

The stock beadlocks can be flipped around for a wider track and different look.
