Default Whats it gonna be......??

OK, I'd like to get some opinions on which TIRE/WHEEL combo is the "FAVORITE". I absolutely CAN'T decide on what to get!

They're going on my "Clod" based truck and I can't decide weather it should be a 2.2, or a "Super"(?) it's still a "non-competitive" rig, due to NO (known) competitors, in this area. But I DO want it to be FUN!!

(or should I just leave the old Clodbuster tires and narrowed wheels on it?)

SO........PLEASE, could I have a few of YOUR opinions?.....THANKS!!

I think I'm going with the new narrow 40 Series Mud Slingers and RC4WD's Rock Star beadlocs.

Well, it's gonna make a difference on whether it's a 2.2 or super... Maybe decide that one first.
Personally, I'd go with the Clod as a super. With larger tires to help clear the large axles, you'll have more fun with it. And then if that's going to be the case, I like Axial Beadlocks and Pro-Line Moabs or Moab XLs.

I have to agree, at this point I have as much in my 2.2 as a Super would have cost, just without the capability of a Super. So I would suggest a Clod based Super as well. As much as I like the look of the Mudslingers on Rockstars, when I build my Super, I will probably go with Moab XL's on narrowed Proline bead locks.
