Default Anyone have experience with cherry red powder?

Ive been looking for ways to harden some drivetrain components without paying alot for such a small order from a professional heat treatment and came across this and sounded interesting. Hardening Powder Cherry Red 1lb - Heat Treat Accessories - Heat Treat Ovens and Accessories May not introduce a deep hardening process but cant be worse than some of the aftermarket so called heat treated parts.
