I just wrap 120 grit around drill bits with hot glue and fire up the drill press. you can notch 3/16 and 1/4 pretty much perfect with 1/8" bit and 2 or 3 wraps. Just take a little time so you dont snap the bits, but its pretty quick. and the trial an error fitment of pieces is super easy "thumbsup".

Chainsaw blade files for sharpening "thumbsup"

Vice the tube - slide the smaller file then round it out with the big file. Built/brazed many tube frames this way.

I use the corner of my grinding wheel, and fine tune with the chain saw file in the drill press."thumbsup"
