| Integy Alloy Bumper & Winch
Has anyone got one of these? What is the verdict? https://www.eurorc.com/product/21296...leds-for-trx-4 They do a rear bumper as well. I like the look of the bumper but not sure about the winch. Thanks Nick |

Integy are garbage and that is expensive. Have a look at SSD and RC4WD. :-)

Fwiw that is an integy bumper suposed to be a rear bumper but looks ok on the front, and it has taken a beating for over a year and no complaints. Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk |

A lot of people bad mouth Integy, and I agree their customer service is non-existant, but they do have some unique pieces like bumpers for example. All the bars in this bumper are aluminum not plastic like some other knock off brands. I have actually been very happy with this bumper. I did go through and loctite all the screws. The RC4WD bumper extends too far forward for my taste and will likely interfere with the approach angle. Last edited by Inspector86; 07-26-2018 at 06:07 PM. |

I bought two winches and the smaller RC4WD is what fit on my rig. However I had the hot racing bumper. I modified it by cutting out some extra aluminum where the winch mounts to use the roller fairleed provided as part of the winch. Mostly because I like to look. The pic below shows the bumper I got which I painted with textured black paint to give a soft impression of a bedliner-like covering on the bumper. Anyhow, I think the RC4WD winch is a better choice. I also like your choice of bumper as it suits the Defender. Watch out for projection though as it can tend to hang up. |

| Re: Integy Alloy Bumper & Winch Rig comes in at 11 pounds with battery, it's a beast....only weight I have added is that bumper, Warn winch, SSD portal covers on all 4 corners and a set of the rare JConcepts brass ring beadlocks.

I run the same bumper with a winch and it’s about 260 grams. Other than a LCG battery tray I run no other weight and it climbs very well. Sometime you have to adjust the approach angle but I love that bumper. Solid heavy protection.
