VS 410 Pro on the Trail

Been working with the VS 410 Pro and ended up adding on a new set of sliders, front and rear bumper, IERC shock mounts with Pro Line SCT shocks, and a Deadbolt body.

The increased clearance and tighter front and real has greatly improved the performance in the rocks. RTR balance is 61/39 at 2600 grams. My favorite crawling rig in the collection. I'm also pleased with the new Castle Copperhead ESC. This paired with the Brood Slither motor has been excellent at low-speed crawling control.

Even tho' it's just one pic - it looks to me as if you've done another outstanding paint job on that Deadbolt body!

Thanks..! This is the test fit body and a test color. I have another body on the way that I will trim slightly different and it will get a completely different color. I tried to mount the new Copperhead ESC on top of the transmission, and the wires were in the way. I cut out the middle for them to clear, and then decided to mount the ESC on the slider on the side, so I don't need the hole in the middle of the body any longer. Thus a new body is in the mail.



This bronze / gold body will be for heavy trail use and most likely get beaten down pretty hard. I will get a few photos of the rear soon; it fades to a ruby red in the back.
