Good servos are pretty "waterproof"'naturally, I've taken apart cheap and expensive ones. some labeled "waterproof" were not at all at least I didn't think so. I have a HItec HS-7950TH it's ultra high torque labeled as watertight it's oring sealed. But your better off just buying a good servo and waterproofing it yourself you will get better value that way IMO. I've never used savox but a lot of people on here have them, savox and hitec both have a "waterproof" servo around 200oz in of tq for about 50$ What model is your hitec?

Yes you need one set to the highest voltage the servo will handle ideally. The holmes looks good to be honest I had no idea they had one, there esc's kick ass and the price is good. I'd buy one if I didnt just buy a hitec lol.
