| ****Wheel Works Products****
I will be updating this thread as new things become available. We've got a few new items that are wheel related on the drawing board at the moment. One thing we are switching is our bead lock rings. If your trying to loose a little weight overall, these rings are half the weight of the aluminum rings. An aluminum ring is .4 ounces. A delrin ring is .2 ounces. One ring isn't much difference, but a full set of eight adds up. 8 aluminum rings...3.2 ounces 8 delrin rings....1.6 ounces If you'd like to upgrade your current Wheel Works wheels with delrin rings, they will be $25 a set (8 rings) shipped in the USA. Countersunk or button head hardware. All hardware is 3mm stainless. I normally don't keep black oxide on hand. If you'd rather have black oxide hardware,I'll be glad to order it and send it with your wheels. Lead time on getting the hardware is usually 2-3 days. More info on our newest wheels....****Wheel Works Wheels**** Wheel Works M887 V2 Wheel Works 1911 V2 Wheel Works 57X Wheel Works Astro's Wheel Works M887 These will be $105 shipped anywhere in the USA. Wheel Works 1911 in black delrin Like any of our 2.2 delrin wheels,a complete set of 4 wheels,8 rings and all stainless hardware is $105.00 shipped anywhere in the USA. Wheel Works 2110 in black delrin Wheel Works 1911 In aluminum Bead blasted 1911 Polished 1911 Thanks for looking. Check back often as I'll try to update as soon as we get new items ready to ship. Rings are ready. I cut 12 sets of rings yesterday and will cut more as soon as material gets in. Weights...Between the 2 different offsets and different material, looks like I'll need 2 different rings. I'm trying to get it down so 1 ring will work with all. It's kicking my butt. I'll try to get something figured this week and let you guys know something.

I just got my new set of 2110's with delrin rings: I have matching sets, one for the Rovers, one for Leopards. I have always had issues mounting Rovers, but not with these wheels! They mount up perfectly!! |

It is a VERY nice piece of machine work! It fits inside the wheel very snug (I had to push on it from the other side to get it back out). I will start the tuning on this rig to see if I need to add the weight up front. Thanks man! |

I just mounted up my delrin 1911's on my new Berg build; these things are crazy lite! With rovers and nova arc foams total wheel weight is 199.4g (7.03oz) each. Not to mention the fact they look damn nice If they workout as well as my AL 1911's I will be a very happy camper. |

The 2.2 delrin 1911's are by far my personal favorite so far. Lite weight and you can dang near mount the tires blind folded.
