| 2.2 growler poll
We are kicking around doing a 2.2 Growler. We're thinking about a Scale 2.2 Growler. So we want some input.

I have your 2.2 pbrb2's and they are amazing. First run yesterday. I was able to climb lines I was unable to with other tires. I would definitely purchase whatever 2.2 scale replica tires you produce! !! Awesome products! !! Sent from my SGH-T889 using Tapatalk |

Just means i got more Pit Bulls to buy Sounds like a great idea. The tyre line up you already have is great and more options is a good thing. Have just the rig for them when you produce. The 2.2 RB are great on the Wraith so a more scsle appearance tyre will be great on large scale, scale builds. Sent from my GT-I9300 using Tapatalk |

It's a good idea, but maybe make some other 1.55 options before adding to the 2.2 line up?

Glad to see the 5.55" cap. We already have enough 2.2 rigs with tall tires and small unproportional bodies/chassis. Looking forward to this tire! |

Definitely a skinnier OW than the RB 2's. I like the ~ 5.5" OD of the ripsaws on my wraith - competitive but not stupid tall. IME, I can go anywhere the RB 2's can go. I also like the rips because I run .7" width OMFs and like a somewhat skinnier profile (compared to RB II's). What would the OW be proportionally to match the 1:1 at 5.5 OD? I'm thinking 1.9"-2" OW. FWIW, I feel like the 1.55 growlers proportions are perfect on my bronco Interested to see where this goes Last edited by Crawl Space; 06-01-2014 at 08:04 PM. Reason: put in some numbers |

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA...the 1.9 Growlers hit the water June 10...so figure 24 days until we have them in our warehouse. Yes...it's been a long pain in the ass road to get the 1.9 Growlers made. That just means that the 2.2s would be that much easier.

If we go by the 31" tire, then 1.83 OW If we go by the 1.55 tire, then 1.89 OW If we go by the 1.9 tire, then 2.05 OW So it's a question of which tire we want to use to start from. Any thoughts? I think that we keep it slightly skinny and stay around 1.75.

I would absolutely run these on my large scale build but only if they were taller than 5.5. Width isnt an issue as long as its proportionate. |
