I will buy these and I don't care what width you come out with because I will be using 1/5 scale beadlock rims to mount them. If they are wide I will use the rear Baja Rims and if narrow I will use the Fronts. Here are 2 tires in 40 seris that your used to that I have mounted. Of course if they where released to fit 1/5 scale then everyone could use these rims with the right wheel adapers.

I will tell you guys this though. The large size tires are not a high speed tire and so your Yeti's will suffer with anything 7.5'' This Yeti pictured isn't a Yeti at all but a stretched Losi XXL with a Summit transmission. So I do enjoy low speed rock crawling with the 8.58'' RocLox. I would enjoy the beast in this size but a pinch wider much like the Mud Slingers are. I also have stretched Summit that would use this tire.

I do see a need for these tires. I think that U4 racing with Yeti XL sized buggies is comming and if the buggies are anything like my Losi XXL build your going to be in for a lot of fun. I drive over Rail Road tracks with these buggies. Try that with a 1/10 scale buggy!

If You guys need some slow speed testing done I would be able to do it and post video if needed.
Or I could build you a Losi XXXL so that you can do your own testing.

I'm wondering who is going to be the first to cash in on a crawler tire for 1/5 scale beadlock rims! With the new Traxxas X-Maxx and the Yeti XL with other soon to follow why it hasn't been done already. But I don't write the checks I just am a builder that tries to stay on top of things rc.

Time to pick up a set and cut and modify them to fit 1/5 scale beadlock rims;-)
