| "CKRC WIGGLE" Hi Torque Servo???
is the "wiggle" servo any good? im kinda new to some stuff (been out of the "game" a while) i did alittle searching but couldnt find much in the mass results that came up. also im running the rooster kit with just the 2000-3000 batteries. no lipos yet...... or, would i be better off with getting the "CKRC Special" MG995 High Speed and Torque servo. thanks in advance guys

Pick-up the Hitec 7955, it's 250/333 oz-in torque and can be found for under $100. I just ordered one last week. Another option is the Hobbico CS-170 Chris Last edited by snwchris; 11-16-2009 at 04:58 AM. |

There's a reason $20 servo's are just $20. I've ran the Tower Pro's,they do "work" but they don't last. After going through 4 of them in just a few month's,I gave up. At just over 200 oz. of power, you'll be wanting more. I ran my old Airtronics 359's for a VERY long time, since 2005 actually. They also push 200 oz. like the Tower Pro's. The only reason I kept running my Airtronics,is cause they wouldn't break. Although it's enough power to barely get by,allot of times you just couldn't turn. If 200 oz. is enough for what a guy is doing,I'd HIGHLY recommend the Airtronics. A bit underpowered, but they hold up great. You won't touch one for $20 though. Last time I checked, they were still around $90 each. Good servo though. My 359's are still working good, just needed more power. I upgraded to one of these.....Hitec HS-7955TG There are more powerful servo's out there for a little more cash. These HS-7955TG servo's seem to do really well for me though. |

I personaly barley make ends meat to buy fancy stuff, and a $100 is too much. I bought the wiggle for my creeper, and it is stronger than my Hi-tech 645 with the same speed. About 4 comps on it now, and it's all good. I say go for it.

check out the blue bird 660. I run it and really like it. Not the most power out there but plenty for me. And the price is right! http://www.bphobbies.com/view.asp?id...84&pid=V644336 |

Only for about a month or so but definitely been through quite a few packs. And I also have a cc bec, which I recommend for any servo.
