| Creeper Hellspawn!
Just wanted to show off the new Hellspawn chassis on my creeper axles. The chassis is setup for anything you can throw at it so bolting up some Venom axles was a snap. I opted for the Axial trans due to lower cog and this will be my full fledged sportsman truck. The Venom trans can be put in it though with a slight tweak to the rear skid mounting hole. I'll be building another hellspawn for my son with a venom trans soon. Anyways here some pics. Let me know what you think! |

Haven't had it out yet on the rocks but they are crazy soft and sticky. They have a really good following too.

well..... In it's very first sportsman comp yesterday, I managed to grab second place. Funny, The guy that finished third is running this very same chassis. I'm extremelly impressed with the performance. I finished the rig the night before the comp and had no servo till I got to the comp! lol So a second place inagural run can only get better! Heres some finished rig pics. The leopards are so grippy that they might actually hurt me outdoors. Might step down to the cougars or keep my heighth and drop for the rover whites. I can set the body down about a 1/4" more but I gotta do some body trimming first and wanted to sport the full body at the comp lol I painted it the night before lol Side hilling = cake front to rear weight = perfect Last edited by addictedtonitro; 04-25-2010 at 08:57 AM. |

Thanks man. After I seen yours I had to find a set. Turns out my buddy had a set in mint condition and made me a killer deal on them.

How is it running? I really like the look of this rig. It kinda grows on you more and more each day! Got any action shots? -Jason |

Just a small update on this truck. I've managed to grab top 3 finishes 2 times now out of 3 comps. Last comp I blew both front and rear shafts off at the same time.........twice lol
