Default Not your ordinary Nylint, check it out

here are a few short vids of a heavily modded 1:18 nylint stick crawler. This is my first try so there is no music, SORRY! And I know I need to mow the grass! I will post better vids when I figure out how, but you'll get the idea.

The first vid is strictly abusing the axles to show what they can handle with a few easy mods.

Here are a couple short vids of this thing in high range with the orion big block motors. Needless to say, there is a huge power gain with these motors

Donuts!!

And a little crawling...

Thanks for checking it out, and once again, sorry for the crappy quality. (digi cam vid)

Here's a link to the buildup

Came out pretty good. Put 2.2's and I think it would make 100% better. If the axles hold. Man that thing was fast. Did you add a gear box?

Almost to fast! Maybe some stock RC18T motors w/ be better for crawling! Turned out awesome! Mine is still in the progress! New Champion in the Nylint Division!

^^^ Thank guys, I think I scared the dog though !! LOL!! Those are stock gear boxes (no gear box added) with a few MINOR changes to make them hold up to the abuse. The only difference is the orion big block mini-t motors, and what a big difference they make!!

thats cool, how much control of the power to you have?

like can you just barely give it throttle and creep along, or is it all or nothing?

I've never messed with an emaxx so I can't say, but it is FAST for a 1:18. Kinda doubt it would be faster than a 1:10 E maxx though.:?

Why not just run a 20 turn on low gears an make it fast?

As soon as I get a couple of hours to sit in front of the computer and type it all up, there will be lots of pics. Don't get your hopes all up, there's not alot to it, but it seems to work great!
