Default WPRCCA and R.E.C.O.N. Crawlers brings......

You Competition #7,

Drivers meeting at 9am,
IF FOR SOME RESON WE CANT COMP HERE (because of the WEATHER) our alternative will be Mountaineers Park in Seattle.
All score cards will be handed out at the Drivers meeting. On each card will be a number from 1 to 3, That will be the course you will start on, then feel free to FREE crawl!!

Directions.................

I90 East out of Seattle,
Take the Hyak ski area exit and go east until you reach the DOT maintenance sheds. Turn right just before you pull into there facility (before you cross the creek). Follow to the boat launch area. All these spots are within a block of each other.

Here is a link to a map of the location http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&hl=en&g ... =addr&om=1

And I believe this lat / long is pretty close 47.376540, -121.388070

Default COMP#7 Moved to Seattle

We moved the comp spot for comp#7 from the PASS to Mountaineers is Seattle
For April 25th 2010

WPRCCA COMP#7 UPDATE
Directions
The Mountaineers Building is located within Seattle's Magnuson Park, in the Sand Point neighborhood, on the western shores of Lake Washington and minutes from the University of Washington.
Find us using Google Maps

From I-5
Method 1: Exit at NE 65th St and head east on NE 65th. Continue on 65th until you reach the stop light at Sand Point Way NE. Turn left. Proceed north until you reach the main entrance to Magnuson Park on your right. This is approximately NE 74th and has a stop light. Turn right, into the park. As you enter, you will pass a guard station. Immediately turn left after this and proceed on the access road that runs parallel to Sand Point Way NE until you reach The Mountaineers Building.
Method 2: From Highway 520, exit at Montlake Blvd. Turn north (right if you came from the east, left if you came from the west). Follow Montlake Blvd. north. After you pass Husky Stadium and the UW athletic fields, it curves to the right and becomes NE 45th St. A short while later, it curves to the left and becomes Sand Point Way NE. Continue almost two miles until you reach the main entrance to Magnuson Park, roughly at 74th NE, on your right. As you enter, you will pass a guard station. Immediately turn left after this and proceed on the access road that runs parallel to Sand Point Way NE until you reach The Mountaineers Building.
