Jeremy, there's 50 right answers, but only 44 questions...just to confuse you a little more!!

Hey Fish and the rest of the team,

Great test guys.

A very useful tool for helping judges, but I suspect also very helpful for drivers too.

I got 95 out of 100 on my first attempt. 2 wrong....I over thought one of them, and then just plain got the 2nd wrong...

Must be the accent

The formatting looked a bit strange on my PC, not sure about the rest of you.

I especially like how you can have the pop up explanation after you submit your answers.

Well done guys.

Cheers,
Mike.

Sounds like the licensing tests that I have to regularly take to work. At least this test was proofread and didn't cost me $600 to take..."thumbsup"

Fishmaxx 01-19-2011 04:44 PM

The software is set up, so I can forward the results if you WANT to judge at a big comp. That dosn't work if you don't use your RCC Screen name.

easleycrawler 01-19-2011 04:44 PM

Well I took the test 3 times today. 1st time got a 84, 2nd time 94, 3rd time 100."thumbsup"

OVER ACHIEVER!!!! :flipoff:

JEracing 01-19-2011 06:08 PM

i got an 85 on my first shot.... I was giving multi penalties on the tumbles but now realize, as soon as the boundary is hit, the play is dead and anything the rig touches or does after that is moot....

Nice test guys.

Is this one correct?

It says i picked the right answer, but the explanation says that 'boundary markers must be touched'.

fun test. The straddle questions are tricky. I always thought if you straddled a gate that has been cleared without touching it doesnt count as a penalty.

i believe the chalk line is an extension of the boundary marker.

Exactly! In situations where the "marker" itself does not accomplish the task it is intended to a chalk line can be substituted or used along with. The marker can make it harder to deal simply because it can come into contact with the tires before the truck actually reaches a chalk line, or if you roll off of an obstacle you are more likely to hit an upright boundary marker than a chalk line.

If the marker was the only thing used in this situation...in other words there was no chalk line drawn below it the driver could drive his rig under the boundary marker as long as no part of the rig comes into contact with the marker itself.

Hope that helps.

toyofast 01-20-2011 10:08 AM

Boy... I know why I was never allowed to score or judge. Even this test kicked me out. I think I was about 15 questions in and a "502 Bad Gateway" error came up.

I was picking all the answers that would make people hate me as a judge:ror:
